獎參條例修正草案 行政院會討論

交通部上午擬具「獎勵民間參與交通建設條例」修正草案，提報行政院會討論，將政府強制接管的辦法首度提升法律位階，列為選項之一。行政院發言人孫立群說，此修法目的即是為因應高鐵財務危機。

修正草案若獲立院審議通過，高捷也能同時適用。草案規定，一旦民間機構發生經營不善，或重大違約缺失時，交通部為維持運輸服務，不使之中斷「必要時可強制接管」。
