非ETC享優惠　學者：作法與國外相反

國道計程收費上路後，eTag車輛享有9折優惠，立法院決議要求遠通電收提供5天內繳費的非ETC車輛相同優惠。成大交通管理科學系教授魏健宏認為，此舉與國際先進國家作法背道而馳。

今日出版的《中國時報》報導，魏健宏研究過澳洲、新加坡、美國、加拿大、歐洲等10多個先進國家電子收費系統。他指，絕大多數實行國道電子收費的國家，為在管理上達到效率，只給裝有電子收費裝置的車輛通行費優惠。他表示，立法院要求有無裝設eTag都同享優惠的作法，與先進國家完全相反。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
