「佔中」違法　香港政府反外國干政

香港特區政府政制及內地事務局局長譚志源18日表示，「佔領中環」(佔中)的發起人已明確承認，「佔中」是違法行為。「佔中」一旦發生，若有任何破壞公共安全、社會安寧或公共秩序的行為，特區政府定必果斷執法。

根據香港《公安條例》，任何公眾集會或遊行人數若超出法例規限，即50人以上的公眾集會及30人以上的公眾遊行，必須在活動舉行前最少七天向處長提出通知。處長可對已提出通知的公眾集會或遊行作出禁止、提出反對或施加活動條件。

還有議員提及，香港反對派人物高調跟美國副總統以及英美駐港總領事等會面商談政改發展，卻不接受中聯辦主任張曉明邀請商談政改事宜。 對此，譚志源表示，政制發展屬於中國內政，外國政府應尊重這個原則，不應作出任何干預言行，特區政府亦不會受任何外國勢力干預。（大陸中心／綜合外電報導）
