馬英九：支持限制合宜住宅轉售條件

桃園合宜宅爆發弊案震撼全國，也使政府合宜宅政策面臨修正，國民黨中常會下午邀內政部長陳威仁報告「我國現有住宅政策檢討」。陳威仁表示，當前的住宅政策，面臨區域發展不平衡，導致都會房價高漲；雙北市房價所得比快速攀升及不動產漲價歸私無法抑制炒作等的問題，內政部未來將採增加興建社會住宅、限制合宜住宅移轉對象及配合金融財稅制度改革使漲價歸公等作法因應。

總統馬英九裁示時說，支持內政部對合宜住宅的轉售對象，在條件上加以限制，讓轉售者與原來承購的人條件一致，但他也說，未來政府蓋的房子若叫社會住宅，週邊居民可能會抗議，因為深怕造成會房價下跌或增值減慢，而依照過去的經驗，採取混居方式才比較能減少顧慮，馬強調，我們的政策是希望，「能讓台灣人住得起台灣」，這是政府必須要努力完成任務。（晏明強／台北報導）
