「性侵不是故意的」　印度官員惹議

印度日前發生2名少女遭性侵後勒斃案，震驚社會，不料近期有官員被問到此事，竟表示「性侵的發生並非蓄意」，爭議言論引發不滿。
 
英國《衛報》報導，印度中部恰蒂斯加爾邦內政部長、負責管理法律事務的帕伊克拉（Ramsevak Paikra），當地時間7日表示：「這類事件（性侵）的發生並非蓄意，這類事件的發生屬於意外。」但他稍後澄清，自己受訪時說的話遭到錯誤引用。（林奐成╱綜合外電報導）
