防流浪漢睡覺　英大樓角落竟插尖刺

流浪漢在某些人眼中或許是城市問題，但在地板裝上尖刺絕不是解決問題的辦法。
 
英國《獨立報》報導，33歲霍爾頓（Andrew Horton），上週三（4日）在倫敦中部南華克區（Southwark）發現一棟大廈角落竟裝有尖刺，他相當驚訝，相信這是用來防堵街友過夜的裝置，並指意圖相當嚇人。
 
照片上傳網路後引起熱議，網友稱這種裝置「相當野蠻」，還說社會不該這樣對待脆弱的一群人。南華克議會表示，絕不會裝尖刺來防止街友，應是民眾自己裝上。街友慈善組織表示，「過去3年來，倫敦街頭遊民數量上升75%，在這數字後面是一個個活生生的人，他們沒有房屋住，政府又刪減補助和服務，讓他們無法重新站起來。」（余浚安／綜合外電報導）
