兄弟酒醉鬧事　嗆警同吃牢飯

宜蘭縣蘇澳鎮一對兄弟檔劉文雄（51歲）與陳瑞祥（54歲）去年3月16日晚上兩人到鎮內一家卡拉OK狂歡，酒後卻因細故發生爭執、叫囂與互毆、砸店，業者報警後，警員前去處理，不料陳男竟點燃打火機，妨害警員以手機蒐證，還用肩膀推擠警員，而劉文雄更出手、腳踢方式拒絕警方將他帶回派出所，企圖妨害警方辦案。
 
宜蘭地院審理時，陳、劉辯稱沒有犯意，還說是警方要強拉劉上車。警方出示當時的蒐證影片指證歷歷，法官裁定兩人各拘役50天，得易科5萬元罰金。（林泊志／宜蘭報導）
