賴清德明赴大陸 民進黨象徵意義大

台南市長賴清德明天將啟程赴大陸，他是綠營縣市首長中，唯一一位至今從未赴大陸者，特別是民進黨今年四月時發布中國事務紀要，鼓勵縣市首長赴大陸，降低彼此誤解之後，賴是第一位響應的首長，但他下午不願意對赴大陸發表意見，只表示「水到渠成」，從未排斥到大陸。

賴清德是配合畫家陳澄波百二誕辰東亞巡迴展6日將在上海中華藝術宮開展，前往上海，進行兩天的行程，當中並未與官方有接觸，市府新聞處表示，往訪的模式是循過去首長赴大陸的模式，也就是「禮遇通關」，未親自持台胞證。
