葉世文在二○一一年擔任營建署長推動通過機場捷運林口Ａ７開發案，如今也被懷疑涉索賄，《蘋果》調查發現，Ａ７案短短不到三年內，剷平預定地上面的鐵皮工廠、磚屋，但兩百三十六公頃土地，合宜住宅卻只用了十點二二公頃，遭「滅村」村民昨不滿痛批：「政府欺負我們還能怎麼辦？」（綜合報導）
