【更新】關廠工人勝訴　嗆勞動部「垃圾」！

「勞動部，垃圾！」今年3月7日，台北高等行政法院判決勞動部敗訴，關廠工人無需還款，全國關廠工人連線今要求勞動部承認關廠案是國家補償，並為2年前大舉興訟，聲稱工人欠錢不還的凌遲羞辱道歉，傍晚5點將在凱達格蘭大道舉辦辦桌感恩活動，感謝這2年曾協助關廠工人的團體和個人，預計席開30桌共有500人參與，活動將會以靜態溫馨方式進行。
 
全關連發言人陳秀蓮說，4月18日，桃園地院行政庭的法官已明確指出，關廠工人向勞動部領取的款項，並非勞動部主張的「貸款」，而是國家補償，但勞動部官員仍堅持關廠案是政府貸款， 仍堅持是工人欠錢故意不還，全關連今集結近300人下午前往勞動部怒嗆「無能馬政府，討債拼經濟」，呼籲速修改《勞基法》28條，擴大墊償範圍，讓關廠工人悲劇在台灣歷史絕跡。
 
陳秀蓮說，記者會後將前往勞動部後方，去年絕食苦行出發時祭天祈願的兩座廟宇謝神，隨後搭捷運到凱道參加辦桌活動。（洪敏隆／台北報導）
