中國婦嫁老兵　4個月榨騙光老本走人

中國籍黃姓婦人(53歲)2006年與宮姓(91歲)台籍老兵登記結婚，隔年通過面談入境台灣，與宮男共同生活4個月後，得知宮男有退休俸存款261萬元，竟假意勸誘宮男領款到中國購屋居住，卻將錢匯入黃婦在中國的兒子帳戶，即棄宮男而去，宮男的子女得知後，趕緊將父親送到養護中心，並代父控告黃女詐欺。
 
台中地院認定黃女見宮男年老可欺，取得宮男信任後，將宮男的退休俸詐騙一空，得手後即隻身移居台北工作，惡性不輕，今依詐欺罪判她2年徒刑。(許淑惠／台中報導)
