中科院揭牌　馬英九親自主持

為有效提升國防科技研發創新能量，立法院日前三讀通過「國家中山科學研究院組織條例」，中科院即將正式轉型為「行政法人」，總統馬英九今天上午親赴桃園龍潭中科院主持「國家中山科學研究院」成立典禮並致詞、揭牌與合影。
 
馬英九並提出「人才為本的科技研發能量」、「備戰而不求戰的自衛能力」、「承先啟後開創新願景」等三點，勉勵中科院全體同仁要做好經驗傳承，承先啟後，開創新局，並且滿足國軍建軍備戰需求。
 
馬總統致詞後，與行政院長江宜樺、總統府郝柏村資政、前副總長葉昌桐、國防部長兼董事長嚴明等人共同揭牌。（王烱華／台北報導）
