無科學證據證實健康　「五趾鞋」面臨巨額和解金

近年歐美相當流行的「五趾鞋」，外型宛如赤足，聲稱可讓腳部肌肉更強健，還能避免跑步傷害，深受許多好萊塢明星喜愛，但「五趾鞋」因缺乏確切科學證據證實其健康功效，於美國佛州遭集體訴訟，恐付出約1.1億台幣賠償金。

包括休傑克曼、史嘉蕾約翰森及凱特哈德遜等好萊塢明星，均曾被拍到穿著「五趾鞋」跑步，引起一陣流行風潮，但該品牌2012年於佛州遭集體控訴不實廣告，代表控告「五趾鞋」的律師表示，穿上「五趾鞋」不但不會更健康，反而會增加受傷機率。

經過長達兩年的訴訟，雙方最近達成和解，和解條件包括「五趾鞋」品牌須撤下宣稱更健康的廣告用語，以及高達1億1200萬台幣的賠償金，提出訴訟的消費者每人約可獲得600至1500新台幣的賠償金。（桂家齊／綜合外電報導）
