莫克顧問：歐銀應仿瑞士央行定匯率目標

德國總理莫克（Angela Merkel）的經濟顧問博芬格（Peter Bofinger）接受德國《世界報》（DIE WELT）專訪時表示，強勢歐元危及歐債國家降低勞工成本、改善競爭力的努力，不利歐元區經濟前景，而歐元走勢明顯與總體經濟數據脫鉤，因此歐洲央行（European Central Bank，ECB，歐銀）有必要介入干預匯市。

博芬格呼籲，歐銀應仿效瑞士央行設定匯率目標的作法，「訂定明確的匯率目標，並誓言維護」，清楚傳達出力守匯價的決心，才能達成拉低歐元的目的。

瑞士央行在2011年歐債危機期間，毅然宣布將瑞士法郎（瑞郎）與歐元掛鉤，力守1歐元兌瑞郎1.2大關，以遏阻瑞郎升勢。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
