國二女學生小美（化名），愛上從網路認識的22歲鄭姓男子，2人第1次見面就發生關係，小美的母親知道後控告鄭男性侵未滿14歲少女，法官判鄭男1年7個月徒刑。
 
今日出版的《自由時報》報導，鄭男以前就曾和15歲國中女學生上床被告，數月後又與就讀國二的小美上床。整起事件因國中妹擔心懷孕，買驗孕棒到學校的廁所檢驗被老師發現，並通知父母到校，母得知後憤而對鄭男提告。（楊心慧／綜合報導）
