大欺小　壯男搶計程車遭判5年10個月

一名體格壯碩的潘姓男子因缺錢花用，便把腦筋動到計程車司機上，潘男打電話叫車後，從新北市搭乘林姓計程車司機的車前往新竹，見林男體型瘦弱便起意搶劫，途中先佯稱要到桃園大溪，抵達後卻又說要拜訪好友轉往桃園、中壢等地，一路更改5個目的，最後到達新竹市。
 
到達新竹市後，潘男又佯稱要休息住宿，要求林將車開進汽車旅館後，從後座用手勒住林男脖子，林姓駕駛趁亂逃下車，潘男卻跳上駕駛座將計程車開走，搶走計程車及現金１萬５千元財物。
 
新竹地方法院判決書指出，潘男（詐欺、槍砲等前科）身高177公分、體重93公斤，見林姓駕駛身高僅160公分，體重58公斤，體型弱小。竟以大欺小，強搶瘦弱、年紀較長的林姓司機，潘到案後坦承犯行，與原告達成民事和解，賠償3萬元，但仍造成林姓駕駛身心受創，且強搶計程車為破壞社會治安行為，依強盜罪判刑5年10個月。（侯力元／新竹報導）
