租霸港女賠償數萬 房東撤告

香港「租霸雙姝」曾麗雲、邱曉彤在台搞破壞遭責付收容；台北地檢署昨再傳訊2女、被害人林姓房東等，當庭協調和解賠償事宜，2女當庭拿出數萬元給房東等人賠償後，房東等人同意和解，撤回毀損告訴。檢方日內將偵結，儘快將2女遣返回香港。

2女因破壞租屋處物品、拿他人證件承租、偷竊潮帽、搬走液晶電視等犯行，分別涉毀損、偽造文書、竊盜、侵占4罪，其中毀損罪係告訴乃論，其餘3罪均屬公訴罪。

法界認為，由於2女已認罪，其中偷帽竊盜部分，被害的服飾店老闆不追究，另搬走液晶電視的侵占罪，因歸還電視獲房東原諒，研判北檢會對2女從輕處理，有可能以職權不起訴、或緩起訴，讓2女早日遣返回香港。
