─大部分國家都抱持一中政策，大家都在看兩岸關係未來如何發展，若不突破僵局，我們在國際經貿上會越來越困難

─監督條例立法有討論空間，但如果要卡服貿、貨貿協議，我們根本沒有本錢、條件再拖下去

─各國談完自由貿易協定（FTA），一定要走完國內程序後才能生效，若程序未完成等同不生效。所以服貿協議若要修改，等於不生效，就須重啟談判，還要看對方同不同意。

─服貿協議若沒過，會有4衝擊：1.人民幣恐因去化問題，讓銀行調降人民幣存款利率；2.金融業布局中國市場受阻；3.兩岸金融業會談停滯；4.最後會重擊台股
