要幾年才能買房　營建署：不告訴你

內政部營建署今公布2013年第4季住宅需求動向調查結果，雖然一樣由密密麻麻的數字構成，但民眾最關注的「房價所得比」怎麼不見蹤影？營建署回應，為了讓數字更精準，將不再公布房價所得比，改為彙整實價登錄和財政部提供的所得資料，計算房價負擔能力。
 
房價所得比是以購屋總價除以家庭年收入計算，近年因房價高漲，民眾購屋壓力持續在高檔，2013年第3季房價所得比顯示，全國民眾平均須花9.2年薪資才買得起房，不過最新調查報告不再公布此數據。房產業者透露，之前與營建署開會時內部聲明不再公布數據，其實是因數字「不好看」。至於新版的房價負擔能力究竟結果如何，待營建署預計4月16日發布數據便可見真章。（潘姿羽／台北報導）
