葉倫：QE秋季完成退場　半年開始後升息

美國聯邦準備理事會（Fed）主席葉倫（Janet Yellen）在FOMC（聯邦公開市場委員會）會後記者會上表示，外稱QE（量化寬鬆）的購債計畫可能在今年秋季完成退場，並在隨後6個月開始升息，進一步啟動超低利率退場。
 
Fed在FOMC中雖重申維持寬鬆貨幣環境，但葉倫透露的超寬鬆貨幣政策退場步伐卻較市場預期更快，衝擊美股道瓊工業指數盤中一度急殺逾200點，終場仍大跌超過100點。
 
市場原本預期，Fed要到2015年年中才會開始升息，將基準利率由目前0~0.25%的超低水準調升，但據利率期貨顯示，交易商如今預期最快2015年4月就會啟動升息。（陳智偉／綜合外電報導）
