創見去年每股賺7.43元 4年新高

創見資訊（2451）公佈2013年全年累積合併營收為261億元，稅後盈餘32億元，每股稅後盈餘為7.43元，較上期增加8.5%，創下近4年新高。第4季合併營收67.1億元，單季獲利較上季成長14%，較去年同期成長更達15.2%。

創見表示，回顧2013年，全球PC需求低迷，台灣電子業面臨重大挑戰，但創見不追求短線獲利，以穩健踏實的經營理念奠下基礎，穩居產業獲利冠軍。近四年創見每股稅後盈餘平均高達6.12元，展現整體策略的經營綜效。

此外，董事會於3月19日決議通過分派股東現金股利每股6.7元，發放率達90.2%，現金殖利率高7.23%，維持創見一貫的高股利政策。
