東部外海5.6地震　最大震度3級

地牛翻身！台灣東部海域今晚8時19分發生規模5.6的地震，幾乎全台有感。地震深度16公里，最大震度為宜蘭、花蓮3級，南投、台中、台東、台北、雲林、彰化、嘉義、新竹也有2級震度，桃園、苗栗、高雄、台南、屏東、澎湖也有1級震度。

氣象局地震測報中心主任郭鎧紋指出，這起地震是菲律賓海板塊隱沒到歐亞大陸板塊，導致板塊碰撞擠壓所致，地震震央大約在南澳海盆，而前天晚間9時12分，在今天震央附近也曾發生1起規模5.3地震。郭鎧紋說，台灣地區每個月大約會發生2到3起芮氏規模5以上地震，而3月至今已發生3起，目前頻率還算正常，請民眾不需過度擔心。（張勵德／台北報導）
