北市色狼江政哲在旅館叫油壓小姐來按摩，恐嚇「不聽話就叫一票通緝犯來輪姦妳」予以性侵，台北地院依「恐嚇性交罪」判江男3年8個月。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，判決書指出，前年11月某晚，江政哲投宿北市旅館，打電話預約油壓小姐，30餘歲小芬（化名）表明按摩收費2300元、沒有從事性交易。江男卻毛手毛腳還恐嚇說：「我剛出獄，現在正被通緝，樓上也住一票通緝犯，如果不乖乖配合，找他們來輪姦妳！」小芬突遭江男硬上，不斷哭叫喊痛，江男還問她：「怎麼那麼緊？妳是處女？」台北地院依「恐嚇性交罪」判江男3年8個月徒刑，可上訴。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
