當聽到主管這樣肯定你的時候應該要開心吧，我卻失望透頂。這是間大公司有數千員工，數百外派機會。我在裡面屬於大螺絲釘，管理10人左右的小螺絲釘，但卻不是主管。因為這個小組織沒有辦法成立為一課。每當我想要外派，請調部門時主管就會說，因為我很專業，做的很好，所以找不到適合的人就接手，我覺得很失望，難到做太好獲得的是原地踏步？？請問我該怎麼做?我推薦組內人員他說不夠格，我推薦外部人員但因不是主管職而興致缺缺。難道我要這樣被困住？重點是這沒有很專業只是當初我很努力的自我修習罷了。 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.250.14.11 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1424785009.A.246.html
