教唆偽證助101前董座脫罪　律師緩訴

台北101大樓前董座、宏國集團副董事長林鴻明，因涉嫌掏空金尚昌公司資產被台北地檢署起訴，檢調意外查出，律師兼宏國集團法律顧問林樹旺涉嫌教唆證人做偽證，林到案後坦承犯行，今獲緩起訴，但須繳交50萬元處分金給國庫。

檢調查出，金尚昌實際負責人林鴻明涉嫌在1988年間，以金尚昌名下兩批土地向前關係企業中聯信託借貸18億餘元，事後拒繳本息變呆帳，再虛設公司低價買回土地不良債權，其中一批改建淡水藍海豪宅社區，另批土地轉入其名下，共套利22億餘元。

當檢調發動搜索約談時，林鴻明擔心犯行曝光，請人頭到101董事長辦公室旁會議室，由法律顧問林樹旺解說每個人分別扮演何種角色、職務等，企圖合理化犯行，並教唆關鍵的李姓、陳姓婦人做偽證，但仍被檢調識破。（呂志明／台北報導）
