寬鬆無止盡　瑞典央行負利率突襲

為擺脫惡性通縮循環，瑞典央行今天毅然宣布實施負利率，基準利率由零調降至-0.1%，並宣布購買價值100億瑞典克朗（約12億美元）的政府債券，正式加入全球大舉寬鬆的央行突襲大軍行列。

瑞典基準利率自去年10月以來一直為零。瑞典央行表示，直到2016年下半年之前都不會升息，並準備在短期內推出更多措施。

瑞典央行的通膨調控目標為2%，但瑞典去年12月CPI（Consumer Price Index，消費者物價指數）年減0.3%，距離央行目標愈來愈遠。

瑞典央行誓言捍衛通膨目標，加上利率轉負，瑞典克朗應聲跳水至2個月新低，一度來到1歐元兌9.6867瑞典克朗，貶幅高達2%。（賴宇萍／綜合外電報導）
