男友上酒店不捧場　女強要業績挨揍

【張欽／台北報導】北市蔡姓男子2年多前到北市威士登會館消費，在店內上班的鄭姓女友不爽蔡男沒找她，立刻到蔡男包廂強要業績，卻遭酒醉惱羞成怒的蔡男打傷右臂，還被訐譙「幹你娘雞歪」，鄭女憤而向蔡男提告求償醫藥費等共280萬元，但只獲法院判賠12萬元，可上訴。
 
蔡男辯稱與鄭女不是男女朋友，事發後鄭女還打電話邀約並噓寒問暖，只要發生口角，鄭女就出言恐嚇求償金鉅額賠償金，證明鄭女沒有精神受損，求償金額過高。
 
法官根據刑事判決，蔡男被依傷害及公然侮辱等罪被判拘役20及50天，應執行59天，得易科罰金5萬9千元定讞，認定蔡男侵害鄭女身體及名譽權，審酌後判蔡男要賠鄭女12萬元，可上訴。
