Lamigo球團表示，旅日名將許銘傑加盟Lamigo桃猿隊，在19日正式投入春訓前，球團特別為他安排「好久不見」南北球迷見面會，由於許銘傑的故鄉在高雄，因此首場選擇1月18日(六)在高雄漢神巨蛋，象徵他返回故鄉再出發，另一場則是辦在Lamigo的大本營桃園，地點在大江購物中心，時間則是2月8日(六)。

許銘傑生涯棒球資歷顯赫，總計在日本職棒奮鬥十四年，出賽301場拿下49勝49敗39中繼2救援，防禦率4.20的成績，在去年年底結束旅日生涯，投入中華職棒選秀，被Lamigo桃猿隊以第二指名的順位選進。許銘傑在台灣以及日本都具有相當高的人氣，台日職棒經驗達十六年的他終於要在本週返台貢獻所學，因此球團為他舉辦南北各一場球迷見面會，讓好久不見的許銘傑能夠在返台後第一時間跟支持他的球迷見面，近距離互動。
