【郭芷余／高雄報導】雄檢偵辦日月光案，今天一日傳喚兩波相關人等。晚間7時許環保警察將日月光K7廠8名員工帶進雄檢，隨即進行馬拉松式訊問，截至凌晨都尚未有任何結果出現。

今晚檢方傳喚日月光游姓、劉姓、何姓3名廢水排放的操作人員以及吳姓、王姓、莊姓3名廢水處理的專責人員，6人正漏夜偵訊中，訊後不排除改列為被告；其他2名員工為證人。另有1名被訊問人報到時表明自己身份為被告，且由律師陪同，按《刑事訴訟法》規定，他字案被告若有強制處分如聲押或交保等，全案即轉為偵字案件。
