拆屋圍路禁通行　民嗆「鴨霸夏都」

【李卉婷／屏東報導】墾丁夏都飯店以開發恆春觀光名義將蓋占地約四公頃的觀光旅館，但其中一戶盧姓住家「因祖先留下的房屋」不願賣給夏都當建地，其住戶210坪的私有地(夏都持有3/4土地所有權，盧姓住家持1/4)，土地為共同持有，今日夏都在地政單位未艦界的情況下竟請來怪手強制房屋，並圍住唯一的出路口不讓住戶通行，其中一名住戶70歲的盧信田，雙眼失明，必須終生洗腎，還嗆家屬：「難道只有一條路可以走嗎？」家屬大罵：「鴨霸，此案件還在協商中，竟誇張強制拆除還圍路，難道想害死民眾。發展觀光都是「狗屁」。」屏東縣議員張榮志：「居民未蒙其利先受其害。」
 
夏都協理陳旗添回應，夏都持有３／４的土地所有權，且因房屋老舊才拆除，一切都與居民還在協商中，不願多作回應。
