被動元件大廠禾伸堂(3026-TW)佈局生技領域，效益也開始浮現，集團旗下禾伸堂生技(4194-TW)送件申請登錄興櫃。禾伸堂生技資本額6.06億元，以醫療器材代理銷售、炎性腸道疾病藥品研發銷售，均以內銷市場為主。

禾伸堂生技為中、日合資，禾伸堂透過旗下投資公司有禾投資，投資禾伸堂生技30.6%，而禾伸堂持股有禾投資的比重為57.69%。

禾伸堂生技2012年營收為3091萬元，虧損4319萬元，每股稅後虧損1.63元。

法人預估，禾伸堂生技在今年底前正式登錄興櫃交易後，將進行轉上市櫃相關申請，最快明年有機會轉為上市櫃掛牌。
