國民黨兩大主軸 反擊黨籍確認官司

立法院長王金平「確認黨籍訴訟」將在明天開庭，國民黨委任律師團幾乎全面改組，除了原本的委任律師陳明，又加入羅明通、施汎泉兩人。國民黨內人士透露，攻防焦點將鎖定「政黨自治」和「司法關說事實」兩部分，「一定會在法庭釐清關說問題」。

國民黨新增辯護律師羅明通，在法界達40年，也是檢察總長黃世銘洩密案的辯護律師之一，專攻公法、行政法和憲法等，補足假處分案時律師團對公法領域的不足。

至於攻防焦點，國民黨人士透露，除了假處分案時一再強調的「政黨自治」，此次會加強對「司法關說案」舉證的力道，證明國民黨撤銷王金平黨籍之舉並非無據，同時也有向外界說明司法關說案始末的用意。
