【動新聞】元首專機飛行計劃　將不通報中國

【胡治言／綜合報導】中國上月27日向我國要求提供元首專機飛行計劃，民航局長沈啟昨天證實，但也表示我方基於安全考量，並未同意此要求。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，民航局長沈啟昨證實，中國在上月27日宣布「東海防空識別區」後，27日更進一步要求各國，凡是進入東海防空識別區的VIP1（即元首搭乘的專機），須向中國通報其飛行計劃。沈啟表示，中國此舉有違國際慣例，我方基於元首安全考量，並未同意此要求。沈啟說，民航局將向交通部呈報此事，轉陸委會向中國表達抗議。

中國國台辦發言人范麗青昨拒絕回應中國要求我提供元首飛行計劃一事，還在《蘋果》採訪時強調：「我不接受採訪，不接受提問。」

民航局昨透露，中國劃東海防空識別區後，要求各國進識別區的元首專機都要通報。圖為馬訪友邦。
