地理環境影響 菲風災救援不易

（法新社菲律賓塔克羅班16日電） 世界衛生組織表示，援助海燕災區會因菲律賓地理環境而「極度複雜」。

聯合國今天最新數據指出，死亡人數為4460，250萬人「亟需」糧援。估計總共有1300萬人受到風災影響，近190萬人無家可歸。

世界衛生組織（WHO）表示，援助20個較小型島嶼的作業會「極度複雜」，並憂心這些偏遠社區民眾身心現況。

世衛菲律賓發言人霍爾（Julie Hall）表示：「因為菲律賓的地理環境是許多島嶼組成的群島，再加上許多地方都受到颱風侵襲，感覺上好像是同時進行7起不同的救援任務。」
