削減成本 東電擬再砍逾千人

（法新社東京16日電） 「日本經濟新聞」（Nikkei）今天報導，日本受重創福島核電廠經營者東京電力公司（TEPCO）除了正在進行中的人力精減方案之外，也計畫透過自願退休，裁減超過1000份工作。

據報導，在日本政府考慮以公基金對福島核廠周遭地區進行除汙，加上貸方要求東電審視振興計畫之際，此舉旨在證明東電削減成本的努力。

依照東電在2012年中通過的企業計畫，到明年3月底將裁減3600至3萬6000人。

報導指出，這項裁員目標透過提早退休人數增加及限制聘僱新員工，估計早已達成。

據報導，東電最近將向工會提出在明年4月至9月間裁減超過1000人的新計畫，這項計畫將納入新版企業振興計畫內，在12月完成編纂。（譯者：中央社蔡佳伶）
