馬英九承諾食安 不法利得裁罰無上限

【晏明強／台中報導】國民黨19全代會，馬英九致詞時提出食品安全再升級、居住正義再升級、老人照護再升級、城鄉聯結再升級、文化創新再升級及區域經濟整合再升級等六大承諾，作為未來的施政的藍圖，其中對食安問題，他強調，政院已成立跨部會的「食品安全稽查取締小組」，衛福部也將馬上召開全國食品安全會議，盡速修改法律，提高刑責到5年以下，罰鍰提高到5千萬以下，而「不法利得的裁罰，沒有上限！」。

馬英九坦言，最近食品問題頻傳，造成甚大民怨，「我們高度重視」。政府一定拿出最大的魄力與最有效的辦法，揪出黑心廠商，杜絕食安事件的發生。除了修法提高刑度及裁罰外，政府也將成立「食品安全保護基金」，增加人力預算，「強力監督，嚴查重罰」食品業者，強化食品公會的自律功能，擴大民間參與，政府與大家一起來確保食安。
