【蔡智銘／台中報導】國民黨全代會移師台中梧棲舉行，警方祭出超嚴格的交通管制，連住在附近的民眾沒有出示證件，也無法回到家，還有民眾想出門買個早餐，都要繞一大圈，氣到大罵：「早餐都買成午餐，總統最大，路都讓給他走就好了！」還有機車騎士停下來向交管的警員「說教」：「他如果做得好，那需要這樣管制。」
