【吳家翔／台北報導】監委洪昭男與黃武次調查指出，台北地檢署檢察官林冠佑開庭態度不佳，屢有恫赫、怒罵、喝叱、譏諷、歧視被告等違失言行，監院今彈劾林冠佑，監委還公佈林冠佑開庭問案的兩段影片，林在問案過程中不時對當事人咆哮、怒罵、喝斥，態度相當惡劣，司改會曾痛批林不適任，並比喻為「憤怒鳥檢察官」。

「(台語)吵死！」、「(台語)（大聲）吵死了，你不要這麼囉嗦，我是問你說有沒有和解意願，你給我說傳喚什麼證人？傳喚證人你」、

「(台語)（大聲吼）如果真的是你犯的我會叫他們別和解啦！」、

「(台語)不是就說不是，你就說你不要和解就好了嘛，你廢話這麼多衝啥？」

「如果確定是他，不要和解，我要讓他去坐牢，聽到沒有？」

「說句實話，我不喜歡他啊，我覺得這種人在路上開車很危險，我想要讓他去關，那你們要不要配合我？要不要配合我？」
