油安調查 零星學校用到問題油

福懋和頂新油品出現問題。教育部持續調查各級學校食品安全狀況，零星學校可能使用到問題油品，仍待確認。

福懋油脂廠爆出油品案，6項橄欖油品分別以芥花油混合，或混入大統生產疑摻有銅葉綠素及棉籽油橄欖油；頂新製油實業公司則有21項產品，進用大統公司的混合油，已被衛生福利部和屏東縣衛生局要求下架。

教育部綜合規劃司長王俊權表示，最新一波出現問題的是單價較高的橄欖油，一般中小學較少使用；目前透過校安中心調查，全國有5所大專、3所中小學曾使用問題油品。

因應一波又一波的食油風波，教育部兩週來3次進行中小學油品清查，要求學校落實餐飲場所自主管理，徹底停止使用問題油品。

教育部要求各學校指派專人掌握油品安全資訊，校內廚房一定要定時記錄油品資訊，即便是外訂團膳盒餐，也必須不定期查訪抽查、驗收食材，留存完整紀錄。
