小鴨何時再下水？　最快今午夜

【黎百代／桃園報導】桃園縣政府宣布在上岸的黃色小鴨，今天4點以後要視情況回到水中，專案負責人樂宇庭表示，小鴨作業原則還是看風勢而定，不管是洩氣或充氣過程，都怕遇到超過4級的風力，整個下水作業時間，光是從機具進駐、洩氣、電力轉換等工作就要3到4個小時，然後再花2到3小時將浮台吊入水中充氣，以今天下午關閉園區人潮散去，傍晚6時開始計算，午夜12時已是最快進度。
