賽前只差3分達成生涯20000分里程碑的紐約尼克「甜瓜」Carmelo Anthony，3日無意外達標，同時率隊96：93拿夏洛特黃蜂慶功。

Anthony全場攻下28分，成為史上第40位「20000分俱樂部」成員，生涯得分20025分，若無意外，只要再一、兩場比賽就能超越Antawn Jamison、Tom Chambers，躍居總得分排行榜第38名。

「我從來沒有想過，我竟然能真實地談論我達成這座里程碑的感想。」Anthony說。

「我還有很多事情得做，我一定會保持謙卑的態度。」Anthony說。
