鄰人貪財　綁架3姊弟狠撕票

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】為400多萬台幣，一名狠心男綁架3名鄰居小孩後殘酷撕票！這起令人髮指事件近日發生在湖南岳陽。3名8、9歲的幼童上周三上午6時許，在等校車上學時，遭鄰居綁匪誘騙上車。

由於綁匪與3童相識，怕被指認，沿路將幼童陸續撕票，隨後致電家長勒索約434萬元台幣贖金。

警方追蹤勒索電話後鎖定綁匪為同村村民張興艷，1日下午在距案發地30多公里外的岳陽市將他逮捕，警方據他的口供，已找到3名受害者屍體，儘管警方快速破案，卻挽不回3條小生命，遭網友質疑：「都已知道被拐上車載走，為何不設卡（臨時檢查站）盤查，早一步說不定能救回來。」
