【方翊倩／綜合報導】《壹週刊》報導特偵組曾在9月28日開記者會前，查出立院0972的節費電話是立院總機，仍繼續監聽電話，法務部長羅瑩雪今受訪表示「不清楚」。

據《壹電視》報導，羅瑩雪今備詢時表示「不知情、沒聽說」，民進黨團總召柯建銘對羅瑩雪一問三不知的態度不滿，「妳什麼都不知道，配合演出，像小白兔一樣，馬英九打給黃世銘是說生日快樂嗎？部長是這樣的啊？」，甚至叫她快下台。
