馬達加斯加　恐爆黑死病疫情

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】馬達加斯加，每年10月因濕熱氣候，成為淋巴腺鼠疫(bubonic plague)，俗稱黑死病的高峰期，去年就有256人感染，其中60人死亡，現在又到10月高峰期，當局警告今年恐怕還會爆發一波新疫情。
 
淋巴腺鼠疫是由鼠疫桿菌(Yersinia pestis)感染的急性傳染病，透過跳蚤傳播，當局表示馬達加斯加的監獄，因過度擁擠正好是鼠疫孳生的溫床，一但監獄爆發疫情，肯定會擴大到鄰近地區，根本防不勝防，警告當地民眾要加強清潔，並做好滅鼠和滅蚤的工作。
