標題[請問] 租屋合約

因為換工作的關係 近日傖促的在新工作的附近租屋 房東請仲介代理所有事項 租約上房東要提供冰箱、雙人床、冷氣、洗衣機 但入住後發現冰箱和雙人床都是壞的 與房仲反應，都拖拖拉拉，不然就是沒下文 如果提供的東西是壞的，算房東違約嗎？ 真的很怒！很想退租！ 請有經驗的版友幫忙解答，謝謝！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.74.174.44
