第3場電價座談　公會代表嗆：沒共識

【姚惠珍／台北報導】經濟部上午召開第3場「電價調整與穩定物價座談會」，會後經濟部次長卓士昭表示，與會進出口業者都能諒解政府調漲電價的立場，願意共體時艱配合政策。然而，新北市進出口公會常務監事程秋利卻以「沒溝通、沒共識」來形容會議結論，對於政府表達會協助業者節能減碳來降低成本，程秋利回嗆：「有用的話，那台電為什麼不自己節能減碳，就不用調漲電價了啊！」  
 
卓士昭表示，對進出口業者來說，成本主要有3塊，就是進口原物料成本、運輸費用以及匯率成本，比較起來，用電成本不佔很大比例，因為他們不是製造商，所以，在會議上，業者比較關切匯率以及跟外國簽署FTA的進度，對於政府調漲電價的政策願意配合。
 
然而，甫步出會場的程秋利，則否定卓士昭「業者願意配合」的說法，強調調漲電價是政府既定政策，業者只能含淚配合，「這種會議是沒溝通、沒共識」。對於政府要求業者共體時艱不要調漲電價，程秋利則說：「那我們叫政府不要調漲電價，政府就會同意不調漲電價了嗎？不可能嘛！」
