【綜合報導】高雄鄭姓男子與朋友交惡，在朋友臉書留言罵「幹」，還在朋友臉書美食照片下留言「吃蠟燭啦」、「吃元寶啦」，被朋友控告公然侮辱。

高雄地院審理後認為，依民間習俗，「吃蠟燭」、「吃元寶」都是「鬼」才會做的事，鄭男留言顯然指涉對方與鬼無異，被比喻是鬼且留言中還有「幹」字穢語，均足使人在精神與心理上感覺難堪，貶抑其在社會上評價及名譽、人格，當然是侮辱人的言論，依公然侮辱罪判鄭男拘役15天，得以1萬5000元易科罰金。
