古惑仔撂人新招　手機即時通糾眾

科技日新月異，反而成了幫派份子糾眾滋事、躲避警方查緝的最新武器。
 
今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，被圍毆致死的台北市刑警薛貞國，從走進ATT 4 FUN正門，到被50名古惑仔拖出來打，事發經過不到兩分鐘。警方懷疑黑幫除了傳統的打電話「撂人」，現在也用LINE、WhatsApp等手機即時通軟體呼叫同夥。
 
警方指出，最近幾次幫派鬥毆，發現年輕人善用科技工具，例如使用即時通群組、臉書社團散播訊息；一方面節省時間，另方面則避免留下通聯紀錄被警方追查。警方坦承，年輕幫派分子集結、解散時間快速，已增加警方執法難度，必須調整執勤方式，才能有效因應新型態的犯罪模式。（王嘉慶／綜合報導）
