競逐印尼增溫 三星擬設手機廠

（中央社記者周永捷雅加達14日專電）印尼貿易部長吉達（Gita Wirjawan）表示，繼鴻海表示有意在印尼設廠生產手機後，南韓三星電子也打算在印尼設立手機廠，印尼手機市場競爭局勢將更加劇烈。

吉達向印尼電視新聞頻道Liputan 6表示，除了富士康之外，還有很多外國公司提出想要在印尼投資的計畫，其中包括南韓三星。

吉達說，三星投資印尼符合印尼政府的意願，印尼政府希望三星能夠在印尼生產移動電話或手機。

根據印尼工業部資料顯示，印尼去年手機進口值達45億美元，其中三星即占12億美元。印尼手機進口年達5000萬支。

吉達表示，印尼希望外商前來投資生產商品，目的是使相關領域的投資促進印尼工業化蓬勃發展，提高國家收入，並使民眾跟著受惠。

不過，對於印尼政府究竟會如何支持三星投資計畫，特別是在提供投資准證及進入市場的管道等方面，吉達並未說明。他指出，這還需要各相關部門間的合作，包括財政部、工業部、貿易部和投資統籌機構。

對於印尼投資案，鴻海內部人士重申，鴻海印尼投資計畫的前提是必須先與印尼政府簽訂攸關鴻海投資條件及政策優惠的投資瞭解備忘錄，之後才會真正進行相關投資計畫，與當地夥伴合作。

外界分析鴻海未來10年內在印尼投資的金額將達10億美元，用來生產手機、iPad等產品，並在印尼當地銷售。1020914
