環團抗議水保法修法

內政部要大幅鬆綁開發法令規定，同意水土保持法修法及及修訂全國區域計畫草案，大幅鬆綁水庫集水區開發，包括水源區國有土地可租售，自來水保護區大幅鬆綁開發限制等。環團及原住民今天下午要到內政部抗議，要求部長李鴻源拿出學術良知，撤回全國區域計畫草案，並要求行政院從立法院撤回水土保持法修法草案。
